Terms of service

These terms govern your use of NewCoFeed, operated by the operator of NewCoFeed. By using the site you accept them.

What the service is

NewCoFeed republishes and indexes newly incorporated UK company records from the Companies House public register, and emails you the ones matching your filters. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Companies House.

Accounts

Accounts are identified by email address and accessed through links we email you. Those links sign you in, so treat them as you would a password and do not forward them. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

Subscriptions and payment

• Pro costs £29 per month, billed in advance through Stripe.
• It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
• If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. If a subscription is plainly unused, ask us — we would rather refund than argue.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download or resell the data as a competing dataset or feed.
• Share your account or exports with people outside your organisation.
• Use the service to send unlawful marketing, or in breach of PECR or UK GDPR.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You are responsible for complying with marketing law when you contact any company you find here. We provide business register information; how you use it is your call and your liability.

Accuracy and availability

The data is reproduced from the public register and provided "as is". Companies House does not verify everything filed with it, so records may be incomplete, delayed or wrong at source. Verify anything material against the official record before relying on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw features.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused paid period if we do so for any other reason.

Law
